In this class we really focus on gentle, flowing, softer asanas and meditations aimed at allowing the muscular body, the central nervous systems, and the mind to deeply relax and let go. The body can only fully replenish itself fully once we are in a state of deep relaxation. Highly beneficial for burnt out minds, stressed out bodies, improving sleep, generally wellbeing, focus, productivity, creativity and deep inner peace.
