Finding Stillness – A Mindfulness Short Course
The course is designed for anyone needing to feel calmer, clearer, more connected. In these times where there is a supreme amount of external noise I feel it is super important to keep reconnecting with ourselves- our breath, and the present moment. This mini course provides us with the opportunity to do this! Sliding scale for the course dependant on where you are at £25/£35/£50.
Starts Monday 22nd June 2020 , timing to be finalised let me know what works best for you- will either be 09.00-09.30 a.m. (so 08.00am UK) or lunch time 13.30-14.00 (so 12.30 UK). Limited to 8 people.
The course is designed to give you a window of HEADSPACE. As a result you will feel more relaxed, have more clarity, focus, and more internal peace.
