BEACH YOGA TALAMANCA ENERGIZE YOUR DAY!
Energising, dynamic class, on the beach! Connecting with the elements inside ourselves, and all the elements around us! Themed each week around a chakra, or an element we would like to invite in for the class, this class includes intention setting, pranayama (breathing), asana (postures, still and in motion). Blend of Hatha, Flow, and DRU Yoga. All levels are welcome, we do not practice super advanced asana (poses) in this class.
